There is a reason why Martian-K developed a 3D printer. It is to 3D print the freeform style architecture we designed. TREEONMARS is a business that directly prints and constructs using the equipment developed by Martian-K.
TREEONMARS is a business that conducts full-scale design and printing using Martian-K’s large equipment. We are not considering printing agency yet. This is because 3D printing of large equipment using a large nozzle of 3mm or more is different from that of small equipment.
트리온마스
마션케이에서 3D프린터를 직접 개발한 이유는 우리가 디자인한 비정형 건축물을 출력하기 위함이다. 트리온마스는 마션케이에서 개발한 장비를 이용하여, 직접 출력 시공하는 사업이다.
트리온마스는 직접 디자인과 출력을 진행하는 사업으로. 아직까지 출력 대행은 고려하지 않고 있다. 이는 3mm 이상의 대형 노즐을 사용하는 대형장비의 3D프린팅은 소형장비와 다르다. 대형 노즐에 최적화 된 디자인만이 출력이 가능하기 때문에 일반인이 사용하기에 난해하다.
Printed landscape
It seems possible to change the existing mosaic concept construction to a printing concept. When the printing concept is applied, spline curves can be printed directly, so the design becomes freer, and the construction period is greatly reduced to 1-2 days.
Fast-curing materials for 3D printing are expensive. The cost is expected to be even higher due to the depreciation of expensive equipment. In the US, when 3D printing was first applied to general houses, the cost was 1000% higher. After 7 years of angel investment and technology development, it seems to have become similar to wooden architecture.
A new concept of equipment is needed to efficiently apply it to landscaping. We have newly designed stable equipment with reduced output height and lowered structural center of gravity.
출력 조경
기존의 모자이크 개념의 시공을 프린팅 개념으로 변경이 가능해 보인다. 프린팅 개념이 적용되면 스플라인 곡선을 바로 출력이 가능하기 때문에 디자인이 자유로워지고, 공사기간이 1~2일 정도로 대폭 줄어들게 된다.
고가인 3D프린팅용 속경 재료와 고가의 장비 감가상각으로 인해 비용은 더 비쌀 것으로 보인다. 미국도 일반 주택에 3D프린팅을 적용한 초기에는 10배의 비용이 발생하였다. 이후 7년의 엔젤투자와 기술개발로 이제는 목조건축과 비슷해진 것 같다.
조경에 효율적으로 적용하기 위해 새로운 개념의 장비가 필요하다. 출력 높이는 줄이고, 구조적 무게중심을 낮춘 안정적인 장비를 새로이 디자인하였다.
