Industry 4.0
The current era is moving beyond Industry 3.0 to Industry 4.0. However, these industries are extensions of the forms of division of labor in the district. The field that does not fall into this Industry 4.0 is the field of 3D printing.
4차 산업혁명-
현 시대는 3차 산업을 넘어 4차 산업으로 향하고 있다. 그러나, 이러한 산업은 지구에서의 분업화된 산업의 형태의 연장이다. 이 4차 산업혁명에 빠지지 않는 분야가 바로 3D프린팅 분야이다.

소규모 집단에서 작은 자동화 장비를 기반으로 하는 화성에서의 산업은 대규모 분업화가 아닌 소규모 통합화 된 산업으로 발전하게 된다. 그러한, 기술이 지구로 귀환하기 되면, 건물을 짓기 위해 파낸 흙으로 집을 지을 수 있으며(마션케이가 우승한 2017년 NASA 챌린지), 그 흙을 넣은 3D프린팅 기계에서 생활용품이 만들어 질 것이다.
시멘트 공장이나 제철소 같은 중간단계의 산업은 붕괴하게 된다.
이러한 소규모 통합된 기술은 생산자와 소비자를 구분하지 않고, 산업 전반에 혁명적인 변화를 가져올 것이다.
Jobs at the Specialization Level
We tell our children that when they grow up they will have new jobs that don’t exist now. But we don’t tell them how to prepare for those jobs.

전문화 단계의 직업-
우리는 아이들이 어른이 되면 지금은 없는 새로운 직업을 갖게 될 것이라고 말한다.그러나, 그 직업을 어떻게 준비해야 하는지는 말해 주지 못하고 있다.
이에 대한 답을 찾기 위해서는 학문이 발전하는 단계를 철학적으로 5단계 구분해 보아야 한다.
1.몽상->2.공상->3.창조->4.전문->5.대학 의 순서이다.
TV 뉴스에 3D프린터로 집도 짓는 다는데, 대학에는 3D프린팅 학과가 없다. 이는 전문화 단계의 분야이기 때문이다. 세상에 창조가 되고,가능성이 무궁하나 아직 시장 규모가 작아 학생들이 취업할 시장이 작은 분야이다. 그럼 그런 직업을 어떻게 준비해야 하나?
이를 위해서는 철학적 접근 꼭 필요하다.
The mission of the times is advancement

Middle-income countries aim to be the best in areas with success stories to follow, but advanced countries with no areas to follow aim to be first.
This is the decisive reason why the Nobel Prize is not awarded in Korea.
Korea has reached the top stage of middle-income countries and is on the threshold of developed countries. The threshold is very high. In order to overcome this, there must be a mission of the times. There was a mission of the times: founding a nation in the 1950s, industrialization in the 1960s and 1970s, and democratization in the 1980s and 1990s.
However, the mission of the times is gone for the current students, and there is only Hell Joseon. Advancement aiming for the first in the world is our mission of the present era. To do this, based on philosophical thinking, you must get used to the new challenge of being the first in the world.
특히 우리나라와 같은 중진국의 사회에서는 성공사례가 적은 미래분야를 직업으로 갖기가 어렵다. 이는 중진국의 함정에 빠져 있기 때문이다. 중진국은 따라 할 성공사례가 있는 분야에서 최고를 지향하지만, 따라 할 분야가 없는 선진국은 최초를 지향한다.
우리나라에서 노벨상이 나오지 않는 결정적인 원인이다.
한국은 중진국의 최고 단계에 도달해 선진국의 문턱 앞에 있다. 그 문턱은 매우 높다. 이를 넘기 위해서는 시대적 사명이 있어야 한다. 50년대 건국, 60~70년내 산업화, 80~90년대 민주화 라는 시대적 사명이 있었다.
그러나, 현재의 학생들에게는 시대적 사명이 없어지고, 헬조선 만 있을 뿐이다. 세계최초를 지향하는 선진화가 현재의 우리의 시대적 사명이다. 이를 위해서는 철학적 사고로 바탕으로, 세계최초라는 새로운 도전에 익숙해 져야 한다.
